Q: Does RediCare cover things like X-Rays, Blood Work, Getting Stitches, or Cancer Screenings?

A: Yes! Those and many other services are included.

Q: Can I choose which RediCare location I want to visit?

A: Yes. You can choose which RediCare clinical partner you’d like to visit based on your preferences!

Q: Does RediCare only cover urgent care situations?

A: No. RediCare partners with urgent and primary care clinics. You choose which is best for you!

Q: Do I need an appointment?

A: Some Primary Care locations will require an appointment however, no appointment is necessary at most locations. The VIP app will tell you if you need to make an appointment or not.

Q: Will I be billed anything when I go to a RediCare Clinic?

A: You will not be billed anything at all for our over 200+ included medical services. These services include primary care, urgent care, chronic care management, preventative care, as well as basic lab tests, x-rays, and more.  RediCare covers around 80% of the medical services you will ever require. For services other than listed RediCare services, additional charges may apply.

Q: I am a single parent with children, are my children covered under my Single Adult membership?

A: Yes. Since you are a single parent, all your children under the age of 18 are covered and with unlimited visits too.

Q: My mother or father lives with me. Are they covered under my Single Adult membership?

A: No, however, they can be covered under your membership with the purchase of an “add on” plan/s ($30.00/month). 

Q: If I have a medical problem and I don’t know if RediCare covers it, what can I do?

A: You can call your local RediCare Clinic of choice and they can tell you if the service is covered under the RediCare agreement.

Q: Is RediCare the same as Health Insurance?

A: RediCare is not Health Insurance. RediCare does not cover hospitalization or emergency room services and some other specific services that health insurance may cover.

Q: Are RediCare Clinic locations open 24/7?

A: Hours vary according to each location. Some RediCare Offices are open 24/7.  Others are open Monday thru Friday during daytime hours. The VIP App will provide you all the information you need about each clinic including their hours of operation.

Q: If I have Health Insurance, can I still benefit from RediCare?

A: Yes! RediCare can help reduce your out of pocket medical expenses by eliminating co-pays and deductible minimums on the majority of your everyday medical needs.  RediCare can save you thousands of dollars if you have a high deductible plan.

Q: My wife and I have 5 children, are all of them covered under our Family membership?

A: Yes. All of your children under the age of 18 are covered under your family membership and that includes unlimited visits for all! 

Q: Can I use one of your doctors as my primary care physician?

A: Yes, absolutely!
